‘Return to breath, is the main way, but I have recently been experimenting with a ‘clean slate’ mind; each time a thought tries to interfere I gently imagine it being wiped off a school chalk board (I’m showing my age now!), returning my mind to a clean slate. If it keeps happening, I keep swiping them gently away in a cloud of chalk dust. ๐
