Have you ever considered the fact that everything around us is in a constant state of vibration? From the smallest subatomic particles to the largest celestial bodies, everything is vibrating at a specific frequency. This concept is known as the law of vibration, which states that everything in the universe is constantly in motion and emitting its own unique frequency.
Even our own bodies are made up of atoms and molecules that are constantly in motion and vibrating at their own frequency. In fact, it has been estimated that the average human body emits a frequency of around 62-68 Hz.
This concept of everything being in a constant state of vibration has been embraced by many ancient cultures, including the Chinese and the Hindus, who have used it in their healing practices for thousands of years. They believe that by using various techniques, such as meditation and yoga, they can tune their own vibration to a higher frequency and bring their bodies and minds into a state of balance and harmony.
But this idea isn’t just limited to ancient cultures. In fact, many modern scientists are starting to embrace the concept of everything being energy and vibration. The field of quantum physics, for example, has shown that subatomic particles behave like both particles and waves, and that these waves can be described as a frequency. This has led some scientists to believe that everything in the universe is connected and that we are all part of a larger energetic system.
So the next time you find yourself feeling disconnected or out of balance, remember that you are made up of energy and that everything around you is vibrating at its own frequency. By practicing techniques that help you tune into your own frequency, such as meditation or yoga, you can bring yourself back into a state of harmony and balance with the world around you.

And that is why I believe that we are all connected to a universal mind. Physics has shown that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. That means the energy in us, not the physical body, but the spark of life only transitions from our physical form to join the universal mind. Some people call that God, but the name isn’t important.

Beautifully said! I also like how Alan Watts puts it, that we will head back into the noise of the universe like a gong being it and the vibrations vibrating outwards.
