  1. I can agree with this, but I’d just like to add one thing. Sometimes we need to confront the negative energy, embrace it if it’s something that comes from our own being. I’m talking about the situations when we face traumas and alike. When we accept that negative energy, it transformes into something positive. But generally, we need to maintain our own positivity and not allow the situations in life bring us down.
