We live in a world that is increasingly divided by politics, race, religion, and social status. But beneath all these superficial differences, we are all one. We are all connected to each other and to the universe as a whole. The only things that separate us are our egos, beliefs, and fears.
As human beings, we are born with a blank slate, and we acquire our beliefs, values, and attitudes through socialization and experiences. However, many of us carry negative emotions and memories that hold us back from realizing our true potential and living a fulfilling life. These negative emotions can include fear, anger, resentment, jealousy, guilt, and shame.
One of our duties on this plane is to dissolve the negative emotions associated with negative memories while motivating ourselves and other people. Dissolving negative emotions is not about denying or suppressing them, but acknowledging them and releasing them in a healthy way. This can include therapy, meditation, journaling, forgiveness, and other self-care practices.
Motivating ourselves and other people is about inspiring them to reach their full potential and live their best life. Motivation can come from within or from external sources such as mentors, coaches, friends, or family members. The key is to find what drives us and use it to fuel our passions and goals.
We are all one, and our duty is to dissolve negative emotions while motivating ourselves and other people. By doing so, we can create a more harmonious world where love, compassion, and understanding prevail. Let us embrace our oneness and work together to make a positive difference in the world!
