Greetings, dear ones. Today, we celebrate the feminine energy that flows through all of creation. We honor the women who have graced our lives with their presence and made our world a brighter place. But even as we celebrate, we must also ask ourselves a question: why do we not treat the female being as the divine portal that she is?
Throughout history, women have been relegated to secondary roles in society, their voices silenced and their power suppressed. And yet, it is the female being who has been chosen by the Creator to bring forth new life into this world. She is the vessel through which the spiritual realm is able to manifest in physical form. She is the bridge between the seen and the unseen, the material and the spiritual.
And yet, we continue to treat her as if she is less than divine. We subject her to violence, objectification, and discrimination. We dismiss her opinions, belittle her achievements, and deny her equal rights. We fail to recognize her inherent worth and honor the sacred role she plays in the cycle of life.
But the time has come to change our ways. It is time to recognize the feminine energy as the powerful force that it is, and to honor the women who embody that energy. It is time to lift up their voices, celebrate their accomplishments, and give them the respect and dignity they deserve.
As Baba Ram Dass once said, “The heart of spirituality is connection. When you’re connected to the world around you, you connect to yourself and to the divine.” Let us all connect to the divine feminine energy that flows through us all, and honor the women who bring that energy into this world. Let us treat them with the reverence they deserve, and work together to create a world where all beings are honored and respected.
