We all have two selves, you see. The ego and the higher self. It’s the ego that tells us we are not good enough, that we don’t deserve happiness or success. And when we listen to that voice, we are living with ego. But there is another voice, a voice of intuition, wisdom, and love that guides us to our highest potential. That is the voice of our higher self.
Living with ego is like swimming upstream. It’s full of negative self-talk, self-doubt, and a constant search for external validation. It’s always asking questions like, “Why am I not getting what I want?” or “Why is everyone else happy but me?” These thoughts can lead to feelings of frustration and envy.
But when we live with our higher self, we recognize that we are meant for more than what we can currently imagine. We understand that challenges and obstacles are opportunities for growth and that mistakes are opportunities to learn. Living with the higher self means acknowledging that most people only show the good side of their lives, not the bad. It means recognizing that we are learning from our mistakes and that we are just getting started.
So you see, it’s a choice we make every day. A choice between living with ego or living with our higher self. When we choose to live with our higher self, we can handle challenges and setbacks with grace and resilience. We can live our best life and achieve our full potential. The choice is yours, my friends. Choose wisely.
